Campaigns

Pick a goal, approve the shot list, render it with your cast, review, expand to channels, and export a named pack — the whole campaign in one flow.

A campaign, end to end

A Campaign is Vermeer’s flagship: instead of running a generic shoot, you start from a goal — a launch, a sale, a new channel — and Vermeer builds the whole campaign around it, all the way to a channel-ready export you can hand off.

The flow has two review points (we call them Gate 1 and Gate 2) where you stay in control. Here’s the whole journey.

1. Pick a goal

Every campaign starts with what it’s for. Choose a goal:

  • Product launch — the excitement of something new.
  • Promo / sale — energetic urgency, with room for price and offer overlays.
  • New channel — authentic, casual, of-the-feed shots.
  • Seasonal — celebratory warmth around a moment.

The goal does more than label the campaign. It carries the right emotional direction for any people in the shots — a launch reads as genuine delight; a sale reads as motivated momentum — and it picks the channel formats the campaign should ship to.

You also pick the product and how to cast it (product-only, a described character, or a saved character — see Your recurring cast).

2. Gate 1 — approve the shot list

Vermeer drafts a shot list: each line is a plain-English shot direction, composed from your brand’s look and the goal’s emotional register. Nothing renders yet.

At Gate 1 you’re the editor:

  • Edit the wording of any shot.
  • Add or remove shots.
  • Reorder them.

Nothing renders until you approve the set. This is where you shape the campaign before a single shot is generated.

3. Render with your cast

When you approve, Vermeer renders the set — with your chosen cast carried consistently across every shot, and each render scored against your real product if your Accuracy Check is on.

4. Gate 2 — review what rendered

At Gate 2 you review the finished shots and decide what makes the cut (see Reviewing a campaign for the full set of moves). Keep the strong ones, redo the ones that missed.

5. Expand to channels

Once you’re happy, Vermeer expands your approved shots into the channel formats the goal calls for — the same shot, resized to every format the campaign needs.

6. Export the pack

Finally, you export a named pack: every approved shot, in every channel format, ready to download as a single deliverable. That’s your campaign, packaged and ready to ship.

Why it’s different from a plain shoot

A photoshoot gives you shots. A Campaign gives you a campaign — goal-aligned, cast-consistent, reviewed at two gates, and exported in every format your channels need. It composes everything Vermeer does into one deliverable.
